Organizing and Rightsizing Services
I actually found a check
for $25,000 in a pile of newspapers and magazines
on a client’s dining table. He
had gotten distracted, put it down, and couldn’t
remember where it was. Not a bad day’s work.
Is your home costing you more than just the mortgage payment?
A disorganized house can cost you a lot in money, time,
energy and perhaps even your sanity!
- Are you buying duplicate products because you can't
find those you already own?
- Are you are paying for
offsite storage because you’ve got more “stuff” than
your house can hold?
- Are you constantly shuffling and reshuffling the mail,
magazines and papers on the kitchen counters or dining
table? Can you even eat a meal at your table?
- Are you forever digging through the cupboards and
drawers looking for the right utensils and ingredients
in the kitchen or pantry?
- Are you parking your car in
the driveway when you’d rather be keeping it clean
and shiny in the garage?
These days just about everyone has
more things than they need or want. It’s a sign of our times.
People are constantly giving, getting, buying or finding
more “stuff”. How do you keep it all in check?
It’s as though each of us is a little “stuff
magnet” but few of us know how to deal with it
all.
I
know there is more to organizing than having all the
spices lined up in alphabetical order. It’s
about less stress, improved effectiveness, saving money
and better time management.
Imagine
being able to find what you need when you need it. Picture
proudly sharing your home with family and friends, a
home that truly is a sanctuary - a calm and ordered place
for you to be away from the stress of the outside world.
“Gayle has saved my work life
(and that of my clients) numerous times. Her organizational
abilities, sensibility, even tempered personality and
creativity are invaluable. She is well worth every
cent to say nothing about saving one’s sanity in
moving. I have personally used Gayle for both
moving, unpacking and reorganizing my own home. She
is truly outstanding! ”

“Thank you again, Gayle. I feel like a 500
lb. weight was lifted from over my head this weekend. What
a freeing experience. I threw out a few more things
from the back storage area(!) I want to do the whole
place now... Just have to tell you again how much we are loving
the office... It's a joy to need something, know where it
is, go get it and put it away properly when I'm done, instead
of just dropping it into a pile... and yes, it's interesting
to note that immediately after you left, we received two very
large Requests for Proposals... funny how that works!”

How Gayle Works
When you call me for a free telephone consultation, I
will ask you a series of questions (called a “needs
assessments” plan) about what specific areas are
a problem in your home. We will discuss your situation
in detail, agree on objectives and on the services to be
provided. Sometimes a home consultation may be needed to
see the situation first hand. Depending on your choice
of organizing options, we will book an appointment and
I will get started on your project.
After sorting and arranging your space, we will discuss
products that will fit best and serve to keep you organized.
I will shop for the appropriate organizing supplies and
then install them. You do not have to be home during
the organizing process. The level of your
involvement is strictly up to you.
Most importantly,
you not only want to get organized, but be able to STAY
organized. I will walk you through your home,
and we will discuss each area and the systems I have put
in place so that you will thoroughly understand how to
best use them. Follow-ups and maintenance plans will be discussed
at that time.
Now that you have learned about
our services and what to expect, please
call Gayle at 510-654-7983 to discuss your organizing project.
